walk away. I want the relationship to work smoothly. Respect is the word I want. You have to earn it. You give, and you get it in return, that's how I see it.'' Communication was one of Torre's strength as a manager, and he hopes it will help solve this problem.
I think the difference is that in the case of local governance, nobody's really acknowledged the problem, or taken the time to wonder if things can be better...and that town hall meetings are likely the primary solution.
