Pursuant to this post last month, Mr. Clark has been in touch, and he's looking into it; he confirms that meters should only have been installed within the BIA.
To reiterate, I'm curious:
a) Why there's 'creep' from the edge of the Stoney Creek BIA west, past the Lake Avenue boundary along King to Second...as well as a meter south of King on Second Street South, and
b) Why there's free two-hour parking on Mountain Avenue South, a stone's throw from metered parking opposite the Stoney Creek Chamber of Commerce offices.
